A recent study by NAR (the National Association of Realtors) once again points out that owners selling faster and for as much or more when they are selling a home FSBO.
Of course NAR does their best to put a spin on the data, but when you read it closely it comes out the same, Agents over price homes to make sure their commissions are covered and that causes the home to take longer to sell.

We see lots of data and studies, mostly skewed by whoever has commissioned the study, so when the data shows the trend toward people selling a home by owner is so strong that even NAR has a hard time spinning it, that catches out eye!
